Name CardOn the registration desk, you can obtain your name card and ticket for Submission of Manuscripts. You are requested to wear your name card during your presentation (both oral and poster). This means that the presenting author must be a registered participant of the symposium. Instructions for Oral PresentationThe official language of the symposium is English. All presenting authors are requested to come to the session room 10 minutes before the session begins and to notify the chairperson of their presence. An LCD projector will be available in each session room. You can use your own computer with mini Dsub-15 I/O pins, or the computer prepared by the secretariat. An overhead projector is not available. You would be strongly recommended to connect your computer to the LCD projector or to install your data in the secretariat computer before starting the session or during the coffee break. Instructions for Poster PresentationAttendance by at least one of the authors is requested for 40 minutes after the session starts for poster presentation. All materials on the panel should be described in English. Please mount your materials on the panel posting your program number. The thumbtacks will be available from the symposium secretariat. The panel is 180 cm wide and 200 cm high. Please prepare a poster label (115 cm wide and 21 cm high) that contains the title, author names, and affiliations. Submission of Proceedings ManuscriptISS2011 papers will be published in an online issue of Physics Procedia (Elsevier) to be published in May 2012 and in a special issue of Physica C(Elsevier) which will be published in August 2012. A registered author is able to submit one paper. There must be a separate registered author for each paper. Guide for Authors is on the Proceedings page of ISS2011 website (http://www.istec.or.jp/ISS/). Only papers, which are presented at the symposium, will be reviewed by the Program Committee for publication. WithdrawalIf you want to withdraw your presentation for some kind of reasons, please inform ISS2011 secretariat in advance. Especially for poster presentations, please inform of your withdrawal by October 17, 2011, because the number of panels or the layout should be changed. |
