   The registration fee for active participants includes attendance at all scientific programs and all symposium materials, but does not cover the banquet and proceedings.

   Family members may register as accompanying persons. Participation for accompanying persons is limited to the opening ceremony, the special plenary and plenary lectures.

   Upon receiving your registration and fee, ISS2011 Secretariat will send you a confirmation notice with your registration number.

   Please remember to bring this confirmation notice with you, when you come to the on-site reception desk.

* Cancellation
by September 15, 2011 50% Refund of registration fee
after September 16, 2011 No Refund

   Cancellation should be made in writing to ISS2011 Secretariat. Refunds will be made as above. Transfer costs for the cancellation refunds will be applied to applicants.
