![]() ISS2011 papers will be published in an
online issue of Physics Procedia (Elsevier) to be published in May 2012 and in a special issue of Physica C (Elsevier) which will be published in August 2012. Papers will undergo a strict peer review process by reviewers selected by the Program Committee. Only papers containing critical results of the highest quality will be accepted for publication. Manuscripts should not been previously submitted, accepted, or published elsewhere. They are not allowed to contain copyrighted materials published elsewhere. The length of the articles is limited to 4 pages in Camera ready format. Authors selected by the Program Committee on the bases of the papers submitted
will be recommended to submit a paper to be published in Physica C. The
papers will be strictly reviewed as well as ordinary papers in Physica
C. The published papers on both Physics Procedia and Physica C will be produced as ISS2011 Proceedings (CD) by October 2012. Please note that

Manuscript should be prepared using the style files and the MS Word or LaTeX templates provided below. After conversion, these templates will produce PDF files in the style of the Journal. Only these PDF files should be submitted on ISS2011 web site. The length of these papers is limited to 4 pages in the Journal’s format. Please use the templates together with Author Guideline for preparing your manuscript. In “File naming and delivery” section in Procedia Author Guidelines, “conferenceacrynom” is “ISS2011” and “authorslastname” should be “Program Number”. (e.g., “ISS2011_SAP-001.pdf”) Top
URL for on-line submission will be provided to Abstract authors via e-mail
by the end of September. = Corrected or
amended versions of your paper
If you need to
make a change to your paper that has not been requested by the editors, you may
submit an amended version of your manuscript following the same rules as for
first submission. We will then replace the previous version of your paper by
the amended one. After 25 October 2011 this will be not be possible. ‘Procedia Copyright form’ should be submitted by electronic mail to iss-copyright@istec.or.jp when you receive a notification of acceptance. = Flow of Submission process |
